Account Executive / Web Site Designer
Response Builders -- St. Louis Office

Response Builders is actively seeking a dedicated individual to join our web site design and Internet Marketing team. The ideal candidate has minimum 1-3 years hands-on web design and development experience. Day to day duties include:

• Client communications (face to face meeting, teleconferencing and email coorespondence)
• Graphic design --  creation of exciting, unique and contemporary designs for clients from diverse industries
• Ability to code in HTML and ASP
• Project management -- working with client from project conception to completion
• Sales -- finding new customer leads, preliminary project discovery meetings, proposal preparation and presentation
• Set-up of new client hosting and email accounts with preferred vendors
• Much, much more....

Desired Qualities:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years web design experience including some experience with search engine optimization
• Working knowledge of web design and development programs such as Macromedia Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash and Contribute, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft FrontPage, Adobe Acrobat etc
• Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS
• Working knowledge of search engines and how they work
• Commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to prioritize projects.
• Ability to work effectively with other Response Builders team members and clients
• Self-starter
• Excellent written & oral skills
